One of the reasons that I first started exploring the field of Workplace Strategy many years ago, was because I am fascinated by how businesses tick.
What makes one business a roaring success and another flounder?
With each project there is one thing that continues to fascinate me, and it is a gap that I see emerge in almost every engagement. It’s a gap that I automatically step into fill without a second thought. And it's a gap that differentiates what we do at COMUNiTI, setting us apart.
When clients set out to create a new workplace, they do so on the understanding that they are seeking a Design Solution. However, what they are surprised by, is that they are actually presented with a Business Solution. An opportunity to take their business to the next level, setting it up for the next evolution to see them through the next 5-10 year horizon.
So many times, I have been told by clients, “We didn’t even know that what you do is a thing!”.
So today we’re diving into this gap and exploring the opportunity to transform your business that you likely didn’t even know was a possibility. I’ve been reminded recently that what I thought everyone knew, they likely don’t, and that this is a huge opportunity I don't want you to miss.
