How will I learn?

The Workplace Dynamics Blueprint is a 7 week commitment [I give you a week off between modules 3 & 4!!]  All the content is delivered by video tutorials, downloadable workbooks and templates.

You also have access to the exclusive Work Life Lounge Facebook Community where I'll pop in regularly to answer your Questions and you have the opportunity to engage with your fellow course participants, and a community of other like-minded professionals.

Each week you'll get access to a new module with 30-60mins of video content to consume plus a self paced workbook of activities and additional resources.  So let's call it 2hrs a week.  

Some of the activities, will guide you through how to engage your wider team to get a pulse check and a variety of perspectives to help you move forward. 

While the program is only 7 weeks, you have a full 90days access to the online portal to complete the course material.
