Hi There! I'm Melissa Marsden, a Workplace Dynamics Strategist who works with emerging leaders, corporates and professional services firms to create environments that drive high performance teams.

With a career spanning more than 20 years supporting organisations to enable their environments to inspire human potential and through leading my own commercial design studio, I have developed a robust toolkit to transform organisations from the inside out.
